this spot offers all you can eat hotpot & bbq for $.. the best of both worlds. they have a great selection for both. they also have a pretty big selections for drinks, but it’s not included in the all you can eat price. the servers were super attentive and did all the grilling for us. if you come here days before or after your birthday with a party of , you can get your meal free!!

Walking into Hometown Hotpot in the heart of Chinatown, I was drawn in by their $. lunch special, advertised on the board outside. This kind of deal in a city where bubble tea shops charge nearly $ for a glorified milkshake feels like stumbling on treasure.I got the tomato soup broth (my personal favorite) paired with a protein, beef in my case—and a generous helping of fresh veggies. It’s the kind of meal that makes you forget the cold outside and invites you to savor simplicity. The space itself is clean and spacious, with a well-stocked clean sauce station that doesn’t skimp on options, a critical point for any hotpot experience worth its salt. And the bathroom? Surprisingly spotless. Trust me, a clean bathroom is often the unspoken truth of a restaurant’s commitment to hygiene and care.Checking out their Instagram, I noticed an intriguing promotion: parties of six can score a free meal for one. It’s the kind of incentive that makes you consider rallying the troops, especially for an occasion like a birthday.I’ll definitely be back—this spot isn’t just a bargain; it’s a reminder that good food doesn’t have to come with an inflated price tag. Hometown Hotpot is a refreshing find in a neighborhood that balances tradition and trend.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies to choose from

Don't waste your time here.Update, my whole party got an upset stomach after we left The ingredients aren't fresh, and the table and the plates are dirty. The waiters were friendly but also couldn't really understand us speaking English. We got hotpot, and the beef and lamb were good, but the tofu wasn't fresh. They do have a wide selection of ingredients to choose from. The soy milk tastes funny and super water down, and the sesame oil at the sauce bar has a off putting color and taste from normal sesame oil.

Serves Malaysian hotpot and bbq. It is an all-you-can-eat restaurant so get your belly ready to be full. The menu is extensive and lot to choose from. They also have several varieties of dipping sauce so its up to you how you will customize it to your liking. The staff are very attentive and nice. The place is also huge and they can host parties for up to people. I definitely recommend this spot!
